We have already had a few family celebrations here and were always well looked after. The division makes it really cozy! Kitchen = delicious

Service very good staff very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the quality leaves a lot to be desired. Hardly any fresh fruit. Lunch has a canteen charm. All sauces very soggy and finished products. Bedside tables mainly finished creams. Nice children's play area.

Despite Corona, it was a great break in the hotel. We had a very nice room with a "fireplace" and balcony, only a small table would be good there ... The breakfast buffet was delicious. The Spritzbar and the food were a dream! We would love to come again!

We stayed for the candlelit dinner and one night in the hotel by the fireplace and it was excellent! The room was very clean and the food was wonderful! The atmosphere at the candle light dinner is magical and highly recommended 🥰

We were there by motorcycle over the weekend. Very friendly staff, a great room with very good technical equipment (large TV, tray, wifi) and great beds and pillows. Breakfast absolutely great and also open on Sundays from 6 a.m. Management and staff do a great job here. Any time. Hahn family

Clean, nice, renovated room, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast buffet with a good selection. Corona-specific, well implemented. Dinner also delicious. Spent one night in transit to Italy, but certainly a good starting point if you want to stay a little longer in the Allgäu. Kaufbeuren itself is also a pretty place. Definitely recommendable.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the city and is very quiet and pleasant. As a wheelchair user, I felt very comfortable and could move freely around the hotel and in the room. The room was clean with an updated appearance. Like most hotels in Germany there was no air conditioning. Add the fact that the shower drain was clogged and the front one of the front desk staff was incredibly rude and short with all of us.

Nice Hotel outside of Kaufbeuren, but still in walking distance of the center of town. The room was spacious and bit outdated looking, but still well and functional. Sleeping arrangements for the 2 kids on the pullout couch was a bit small but was okay. Balcony and exterior was very nice. Breakfast assortment was good in the morning with a wide variety of foods and drinks. For the adults there is Kegel (A German Bowling-like game). The resturant have nice outdoor and indoor seating. In all I would recommend this Hotel for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Helpful, friendly staff, great breakfast, spotlessly clean, comfortable room with good linen at a very reasonable price. We were delighted by our stay here. The restaurant is obviously very popular with locals (always a good sign). Main courses are served with a "help yourself buffet salad" which was helpful for our plant-based diet. I suspect meat/fish-eaters are well catered for. Options for Vegans, Vegetarians are limited. The breakfast was great, something for all. Lots of meat, fish, cheese, cooked food for those who wish that; but also great meusli, nuts, seeds, an abundance of fresh fruit for those of us wishing a more healthy option. A fabulous serve yourself coffee machine dispensing delicious coffees of all types, plus a variety of teas on offer. Very impressive indeed! Overall, an excellent place to stay.

Was the best hotel in the town. A bit far from centre, but it worths.

We had a candle light dinner there which was really nice and good good. We stayed in a nice room with a big bath tube. Also the breakfast was very good.
